Focus on outward. Stop telling your self something is wrong, nothing will happen to you. You will be fine. It’s in your mind, relax. Think with what your eyes see, not what your worried about. You will not do anything to harm anybody , because you love the lord and you are a good person.Also, Life is very beautful once you relax and regain your normal tthoughts!! It is just a thought in your mind,it goes away when you understand, that it is yourself and not the anxiety bringing on bad thoughts. also U CAN :  close your eyes and focus on your mind  flying away from that bad experience into the new day; today!!! VERY IMPORTANT!!! #1 the past or yesterday or the first time you experienced, this normal thing that happens in life:::IT is HISTORY!!! Isadore:  I realize you have only made 4 posts in the month or so that you have been on the net. (at least from this address) You tried to make people feel better.  You may have made some people feel better, but you have also made many people feel bad.  It is a good idea to read a newsgroup for a few weeks before posting.  You have inadvertently insulted several people on this group. I am one of the people who feel very insulted by some of the things you had to say.  You made assumptions about me that are not correct.  Do you have a Panic Attack Disorder? Or do you suffer from mild anxiety?  I believe, and my Doctor does too, that my Panic Attack Disorder is a "physical" chemical imbalance.  It is NOT in my mind.  Please do not come here speaking about something you know nothing about. What a bunch of absolute horse hockey! Hey, are you friends with someone MY anxiety and PA’s are NOT all "in my mind". They are in my biochemistry. Now, sometimes my mind can make my problem worse…or better. But, it all comes down to a biochemical imabalance. That’s why I take medication! Same as I would if I were having seizures…which, in fact are somewhat like PA’s in the way they occur and how they are treated, i.e. Klonopin. Think with what your eyes see, not what your worried about.

Exactly which "lord" do I love. Sure isn’t that "Jesus" character that the Christian’s are always pushing on me. Don’t have any argument with "his message" in particular…just his followers. Now if you’re talking about the "Lord of the Greenwood" or "The Lord of the Trees"…Him, I love. IOW, don’t preach religion here. You have people with LOTS of different views….and we aren’t all Xtian!
