. Hi Graff I thought i would start today’s walk with a nice hot mug of coffee….. Oh my. I had to read this twice. I though I had read it wrong lol.
No i really did have a mug of coffee to start the day . rain started to come down. It was odd as it was ( And i want to use a technical description here ) big lumps of rain ( I must say I have never heard rain described quite like this lol
Hee Hee Oh you had to be there….you would understand then . I do have some news for you today…..i am headache free for the first time in weeks and this has added to the bonus of the day so i’m almost cheerful. Graff this is good news. I know how you have suffered with those awful headaches. I am so glad for you. I have had a pounding head for three days from a sinus infection so I can appreciate how valulable it must be for you to have a pain free day.
Well things have returned to normal today and the headache is back but i don’t intend to let it get me down today . the wind picked up blowing the big lumps of rain into my left ear I have never had lumps of rain in my ear but it sounds painful. lol.
It could be worse . He wasn’t carrying an axe or 9mm semi automatic so why this chappy would put me in a stand off mood is anyone’s guess. I have had this happen before. You just get an uneasy feeling about someone for no reason. Its never about how they look or are dressed. Just a feeling that something isnt right.
Its not good for me to feel this way so i intend to try harder next time and make more of an effort to make things feel less uncomfortable . was passed by a man and a woman and also their young son who were all out jogging and taking their dog out as well and i found this rather interesting. That is so nice to see a family doing things together. Thats a rare sight these days.
It is indeed and its nice to see then together . I will be visiting them tonight as i don’t have to stay awake a long time tonight as normal as my dad is home for a whole 2 weeks I hope you had a nice visit at waynes and I hope your dad enjoys his time off from work.
I had a nice visit indeed and the joy of having my dad home for two whole weeks is excellent . I had a lovely walk today and enjoyed it a lot. I enjoyed your walk,as usual,and I hope the rest of your day was as pleasant as your walk.

LOL Oh i had my tea many times also….mind you i’ve worked out i’ve had four mugs of coffee today so sleeping might be a problem for a month or two LOL. I do have some news for you today…..i am headache free for the first time in weeks and this has added to the bonus of the day so i’m almost cheerful….. Thank God Graff. This is a sign of better things coming your way:) Good news, I have been very worried about these headaches.
Please there is no need to worry about the ehadaches…..i got used to them and they only hurt ad after all the pain thing isn’t a problem……this doesn’t make me macho but just someone who has gone through the pain thing for such a long time that it becomes part of the daily routine. I must say though i’m happy today has been headache free . He seemed a nice enough sort of chappy but there was some thing about him that put me on edge. That happens to me quite frequently Graff. I have learned to NOT shake off this feeling and keep up my guard. I believe it is our way of being protected.
Its a natural reaction for most of the people who have anxiety disorder but i did wonder if he was just a chappy walking his AXE MAN as a clue . Oh well i couldn’t see anyone at the door so while i was down stairs i made another mug of yummy tea . Good thing you switched back over two tea, three mugs of coffee would have you zinging all over the room:)
LOL i’ve had four today….and i’ve also re install the internet and built two hundred million more web sites all with the word bum in the NB:- I thought i best point out that last line was a joke and i didn’t do the websites……i did however drink the coffee so i don’t plan on sleeping for a while . I am glad you had such a nice relaxing, HEADACHE free walk:) If I don’t hear from you before Thursday, Merry Christmas to you and yours:)

Hello Ladies and Gentlefolk . I thought i would start today’s walk with a nice hot mug of coffee….. Gasp….Shock….Horror…. I know its not normal but i didn’t have time to brew a nice mug of tea and i needed to wake up fast so coffee was the answer . I must say it was a very yummy mug of coffee and i enjoyed it . I left my home at 10:12 and 55 seconds and thought as i walked out of my gate…..Well the weather is looking dull over cast and possible rain could follow….. no problem there. The mixture of weather i had on this small walk was very cool . I walked up the road and past the fish and chip shop where Andrew and John were working. Andrew saw me as he was locking up the front doors to the shop and gave me a nice smile and a wave . This was a nice start to the walk i must say . The weather was dry up to and including this point but as i walked around the corner and past the car park and bus stop the rain started to come down. It was odd as it was ( And i want to use a technical description here ) big lumps of rain ( Hee Hee My technical descriptions are well know to my friends…..it comes after teaching little children and helping them understand computers ) which were getting my hair and beard wet before i had been walking for 2 minutes. I kept on walking up the main road and passed the football field where i saw a group of people waiting outside the changing rooms as if they were hoping for the weather to clear up before they played their game. If they had only known that the weather was going to change several times they would have got the game out of the way at the earliest possible time . ( Insert a small pause here while i drink some of my yummy tea and have a quick cigarette ). I do have some news for you today…..i am headache free for the first time in weeks and this has added to the bonus of the day so i’m almost cheerful……dont worry it wont last LOL ( This traditional joke was submitted by Grumpy old bearded chappie’s ). I walked to the traffic lights and then to the bus stop and pub and the wind picked up blowing the big lumps of rain into my left ear ( Insert a yuk here ). The hair was now rather soggy but not as wet as it has been so the weather was ok. It was then the rain stopped…..yes it was that sudden kind of stopping that takes you by surprise. It was such a surprise that i think i will have another drink of my yummy mug of tea . ( Insert tea stopping rest here with a mellow little pause ). I walked to the us stop and pub then wandered down the hill and up the steps where i crossed the slip road and walked over the car B thing. It was here that i saw some thing of interest and wondered how i could include it in my walk this week. On the floor was a gold star….the sort of gold star given out to children if they have been good in school and it was laying on the road as i walked around the second round about. I wondered if some little person got it for a wonderful Christmas decoration they made or maybe getting a good grade in an exam. I guess i will never know but it was nice to see the star and the meaningful way it lay their seeing the past accolades of the owner. ( Insert a small pause here while i finish my yummy mug of tea ). I was about to take the slip road challenge and i pause for a car to pass and a very nice lady and her young daughter in a four wheeled drive Ranger Rover waved me across the road and so did the chappy in the blue car. I smiled and waved to them all and thanked them both for being kind then walked around the round about. The walk up the road and to the gap was quiet which was a nice little pause for a while and i wandered down the small road and over the foot B thing. I crossed the road and passed an older man who was leaving the cemetery but he didn’t make eye contact so no hello from him…..He could have been making a personal visit to one of his dearly departed so i do understand his reluctance in saying hello. I passed the cemetery and saluted twice and sent everyone a Merry Christmas greeting and a Big Mellow Squish before heading back to the first round about. I saw a man walking his dog on the other side of the road and some thing disturbed me when i saw this man and i don’t know why. He seemed a nice enough sort of chappy but there was some thing about him that put me on edge. He wasn’t carrying an axe or 9mm semi automatic so why this chappy would put me in a stand off mood is anyone’s guess. I wasn’t going to let this bother me as i walked up the hill to the pub. I was passed by a man and a woman and also their young son who were all out jogging and taking their dog out as well and i found this rather interesting. The young man didn’t seem overly happy about this keep fit thing and i don’t blame him either. I was tired just thinking about it . I walked up to the pub and then passed the bus stop before reaching the traffic lights. ( insert a small pause here for reasons best left to speculation…..Well ok I think i just heard the door but lets not tell anyone and add a little interest to the pause ok ). Oh well i couldn’t see anyone at the door so while i was down stairs i made another mug of yummy tea . OK Now where was i ……. Ah yes…..I passed the traffic lights waiting for the cars to pass by first of course. I passed the little old lady in the window and i’m not sure what she was doing today but she seemed engrossed so i smiled and said hello even though she didn’t see me and walked down the main road. I found the shopping area to be very quiet today and this was nice but two ladies caught my interest. One lady had wonderful long hair and wow i was very impressed but i never got to see her face which was a shame, the other lady i have seen around my area before and she is cute, squishy and sweet with two children and of course married 
. i’m sure the chappy she is with finds himself feeling very lucky indeed. I walked through the shopping area and out the other side then took a slow stroll down the main road. Half way down where the small turn in part is i turned to cross the road and make sure nothing was coming and i heard my name called just by my left ear and i turned around. It was Joshua……Not Wayne’s youngest but Amy’s Friend Jade’s little brother. He said Alright and i replied " Oh alright " with a smile. He normally says hello if he passes me . I walked down the rest of the main road and through the first gap before making my way back up the other side. ( Insert the last small pause here before the last part of the walk ). I didn’t visit Wayne’s flat today as i knew he was going to be working and the rest of the family and Lee wouldn’t be awake or would be already out so i nipped through the second gap and up the main road. I will be visiting them tonight as i don’t have to stay awake a long time tonight as normal as my dad is home for a whole 2 weeks . I didn’t see anyone on the way home so this part of the walk was pleasantly dull. I reached the shopping area once again and crossed the road then walked down my street. I had a lovely walk today and enjoyed it a lot. I hope you all have a wonderful day and find time to relax during some part of it . I was out for 42 minutes 50 seconds and 64 hundredths of a second .
