More thoughts of death.
Question:
Seeing a baseball player get hit in the head after a hit, the pitcher said if he was hit in the temple that would have been it. After hearing this i sit there and imagine what it feels like and that it could happen at any time, then i hit my head lightly see if it hurts, then sit there and think about what if i was hit when i played baseball. Fucking crazy. What causes these obsessive compulsive thoughts? other than that, things are good! LOL
Response:
Two cents worth of very basic input would be: You want to hurt yourself or you want to die. You dislike yourself or your life or aspects of them. And the cause is either in your biography or in your brain chemistry or both. I’ve thought of death every day for 15-20 years. ***

The absolute worst time of the year for me is around New Years. That’s when all the news shows review all the famous people that died during the year. When I was young, the names didn’t mean much to me. Now it’s like loosing a dozen close friends all at the same time. Every last one makes me feel like my death is imminent. Bruce.
