doubting love
Question:
i havent been diagnosed with ocd but have a very very obsessive mental nature ie i ruminate for ages over thoughts i get the latest is that a dont know if i love my wife !! this brings up all divorce,separation bad negative thoughts etc etc …. any one else do this ? any one find any help ? the 2 sides of the coin are in my head,,i lover her or i dont ..and every positive answer has a more powerful negative answer

Paul, Wondering if you’ve seen Shana’s threads regarding this. In them I kind of spilled it out about how I had a similar problem with this. Looking back, I believe I was very depressed at the time. Now that I’m not depressed it amounts to fleeting thoughts these days. For me, I’m so glad I didn’t follow through with those ideas of divorce and such since I’m so content with my husband now.
