NEED HELP, GRANDDAUGHTER SCRATCHING

until she has flesh wound, and taken to hosp by ambulance. She is in danger of life and limb. Does anyone have any answers or sites or info? She scratches a spot on her leg. She is 14 and in a home that is provided thru the county. Please respond to blit…@dwave.net. I am desperate to find something to help her. Thanks. db

If she is in danger for her life, it may be best if you could call some various crisis hotlines to find out where to get immediate help. Above all else, insist she *isn’t* alone — there are others out there who have been there who will help her. She won’t believe you, but hopefully it will make her feel a bit better to hear you say that repeatedly.
