I just started luvox…it is my second day…can’t go 3 hours w/out having to take a nap… it is like i am wasted. it reminds me of how i thought when i smoked dope in high school…only it is NOT a good feeliing. Thats what any new med will do. Your body has to get used to it. Luvox was crappy for me too for the first week, then it actually started to help. I wish you’d reconsider.. >I am off it. it freaked me out too much. i would rather >be miserable…it made my ocd worse in two days.

Hi, It did the same thing to me after 1 1/2 yrs on it. It helped OCD a little but made my major depression worse than it ever was! It also caused horrific migraines, agraphobia, listlessness, excessive sleepiness. But that’s just me. It works for a lot of people. The week I came off it, I felt almost 100% better. I’ve been on Paxil 2 wks & I feel great!!!! And just in time for s-u-m-m-e-r ….my favorite time of year!!!
