Yes!–big time. Anything spicy makes my symptoms worse, as does wine [which I love:(]. If I get some sleep but not quite enough, my symptoms are worse. Caffine and choclolate make things worse.

Dolphinz, Lack of sleep makes me feel tremendously worse- both physically and mentally. Certain foods make me feel worse even if they are my favorites( sweets-sweets-sweets) On certain days I can react fine to caffeine products- on others I am so wired I could have a panic attack. Certain foods calm you down( mainly carbos) but they also can make you tired or sluggish. Protein keeps you ‘up’- but who wants tuna fish with a glass of milk for a snack??? Not me!lol Anyone else have any experiences to share? Jan

Hi Dolphinz, The only thing I’ve ever really noticed is that if I skip breakfast, lunch or for some reason allow myself to get really hungry I get more anxious, I can loose my focus and OCD can start to take advantage of my lack of strength. I have forced myself to start eating smaller amounts spread out over the day.
