Hi Gravity, I’m a counter too, but more of a checker. : ) The Zoloft has cooled me down a bit. I no longer count stuff nor check stuff anymore. — The charter is available at: http://readystump.algebra.com/~asapm

Hi Gravity, who are "they"? someone worth listening to? whose opinion actually means something to you? I, once had someone tell me, that they’ve never heard anyone who thinks and talks as fast as I do, having grown up in NYork metropolitan area, I knew there was a whole bunch of people who spoke as fast – if not faster than I did. The person saying it had grown up in the Midwest and as much as I respected most of his opinions, this one seemed out of sorts to me. With all the different psychprofessionals, I’ve encountered, socially or as a client, I chose to believe that they go by what is presented, their knowledge or experiences and I find a definite leaning towards their particular expertise area as far as diagnosing goes. After all these years, I’m partial to believing we are all just individuals. Like snowflakes, no two people alike and I’m working towards acceptance for those differences in others and for myself.
