I heard "Stop Obsessing" was a good book. My doctor recommended it. Also, the OCD workbook is cool too. "AD" <nospample…@nospam.com> wrote in message

HI Lawrence! I am in the process of reading "Healing Anxiety and Depression" b y Dr. Daniel Amen. For the first time, I really feel that my conditions are of a biological nature and that there are ways to manage it. Dr.Amen speaks of seven personality types. I feel that I fit into the 4th category- the overfocused anxiety/depression type. Good luck! Donna
