Response:
This *could* be related to OCD, however my husband is happily married and monogamous and he is always thinking about sex, too (and he does not have OCD- I do!!!) Thinking about sex is normal. How many hours a day do you think about sex? Do these thoughts interfere with any activities you should be doing? Ida Jer <rock…@flash.net> wrote in message

It could be related to your ocd. How it relates might be worth looking into. If you have held the belief that some sex is bad and your "natural" instincts tell you that you desire it, then you have a conflict that will cause much anxiety and ocd may be in response to that anxiety. If you determine that the belief is not valid, then the BT for this would be to engage in this "harmless" sex over and over until the anxiety subsides. You will eventually come to believe this behavior to be ok and it will not cause you any anxiety. If you constantly think about having sex, it could be the result of a low grade depression or something similar. Sex makes you feel good and if you feel bad you may be looking for ways to feel good…….compulsively. — Take care of your "self". whatatrip rbol…@premier1.net
