I haven’t really had much time alone here since I got home. My parents would not like the idea of ASD, I’m pretty sure. I got Undercurrents by Martha Manning and some other stuff like that out of the library, and it upset my mother because she thought reading about depression would make me more depressed. I also took out Just Checking by Emily Colas, about OCD, and my mom said reading about all those diseases would make me think I had them all. I declined mentioning that I’ve had mild OCD all my life and I knew this fact ever since I was 9 or 10. My dad took me to the casino on my birthday. I won $25! I Mother Earth is playing at a bar in town tonight. I probably needed to get a ticket and they’ll be sold out now. If they’re not sold out, I’m going, but I bet I won’t be able to.
