Hi guys, Well tomorrow i go for an evalutation b.c i when i decided to go into recovery she said i need to cover all parts, Nutrition, ED specialist, Physchologist and Physchatrist….Well tomorrow i go for the ED specialist and 2hr examination…..But my biggest fear (i have anorexia, by the way not bulemia)…..But being WEIGHED…i know I:M going to be asked to be weighed backwards and clear the #’s so i don’t see them…b/c i was hospitalized for MY obsession wiht the scale, exercise and consumpiton of water and also my Heart…..all from the OCD and the ED….Well Now i’m petriifed of the scale its my worst nightmare…..#’s SHOULDN’T matter to me…b/c i don’t know my weight or I approx know….but somehow even WITHOUT the scale around (its been a year scale free)But still that # has an importance…I don’t know what, but i know why b/c i was once severely overweight and scared to be there again….but EVer since i got rid of the scale I have a little more self confidence- ie: no more crying every hour of the day or leaving school b/c i couldn’t handle the # flashing through my head….. Oh guys well see tomorrow Just need to vent Love Dana
