There’s nothing wrong with having a lot of glycogen in your body (in the cells and liver AFAIR), is there? – it binds some water, but I don’t think it does any harm apart from that. I have been cycling around in the rain all day with wet clothes and I’ve got a sore throat. Apart from that I’m dealing with some issues – some regarding OCD, some of a more practical nature. I never feel good unless things end ‘right’ at work.. but I’ve resigned myself to the fact (perhaps this is a positive?) that I’m gonna make do with an imperfect weekend, and that having a life outweighs the negs of constantly worrying about something you can’t reverse immediately (or should it be reversed at all?)
