question about meds

Hi all, im currently in the anti-add on meds for ocd, I tryed risperdal, too much sediation that my job was starting to be too much. Then abifity which was supposed to be more more stimulting but found it made me a hell of a lot worse, I had problems staying awake on that one, Is there any hope in these newer treatments or am i wasting my time? maybe its better recovery with more congitave problems as a result fellow sufferer in need Nick

Im on abilify right now and it seems to help a lot.It does make me tired though. Just keep trying different ones and maybe you will find one you can live with.I tried therapy alone and didnt get very far but maybe your situation is different.
