I'm afraid I'll have a nervous breakdown
Question:
What takes away your power? Why do you feel desperate? Have you gone to your new doc yet? You are at a good point to fight your fears now. What do you do besides sitting around all day and let your fears mount? Now is the time to take part in fighting your fears. Go outside around the conner. Go see a new doc try new meds. Why are you so helpless? I know people are going to flame me but still. Put your foot out the door. Call a new doc. Try diffrent therapy approach. No money? Go to the local Library and see what they have. impower yourself to take control of your ocd. Do you really like being out of control letting someone else make decisions for you? WHAT HAPPENS 20 YEARS FROM NOW WHEN YOU WAKE UP AND DECIDE YOU WANT TO LIVE YOUR LIFE? State your fears and let people here try to offer solutions or ideas. Only you can come up with a solution to your problems. Advice is cheap but worth the cost. Anyway I’m wearing my flame resistant suit. So bring it on. This group has been to mellow lately. – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text -kbeth wrote: > I woke up crying that I’ll have a nervous breakdown. I feel so > powerless and desperate. What do you mean "go to the library and see what they have"? The libraries around here lend books but not money. Unless…no, they’re not mine to sell.

This happened to me 6 years ago. I drank too much alcohol and was having panic attacks. I just didn’t know at the time what was going on. Meds and therapy will help. Anne
