NIGHTMARE!

Question:

O.K. guys .  This is serious.  I had a dream last night that my husband decided to marry my sister. I recently posted klonopin/sleeping and got little response. Could I be taking too little at night? only 5 mg?  the 1 mg completely knocked me out into the next day.  These nightmares have to stop. (dreaming mostly) I’m taking my paxil at 5 pm  Could this be my problem? Susan

Susan, In reading postings from this ng, dreams/nightmares seem to be a constant theme with Klonopin.  You may be taking your pm dose a bit too early.  Try different times a bit later say until 9pm.  I’ve been pretty sensitive to that.  If I take it too late, however; I wake up with a bit of grogginess PLUS increased anxiety.  Anyway Klonopin helps me so much that I wouldn’t care what happened to my sister. Peace and love. Jeff

~~~snip~~~ ( Seriously though, one of the three witches from Macbeth that I see for care ( Biofeedback, Drug Theropy, and please take a Seat on the Chair Councilor ) suggested that I might be having bad dreams that were caused by anxiety, however, if I learned to sit in the proper way for doing biofeedback and learned my lessons well then I could not only achieve enlightenment, but also get rid of the panic attacks which cause the nightmares ( or really vivid dreams that make you feel like you’ve climbed a really tall mountain. )
Gosh!  Does "Please take a Seat on the Chair" counsellor really talk to you like that?  Sheesh!  BTW, aren’t you tempted to ask her why she has to give you instructions on where one sits and what chairs are for?  Good thing she doesn’t have to see me, I’d run over and plunk myself down right on her lap!  She and her chair would not be in very good physical shape after that.  <ggg Mally  :)
Just one question.  Was this while he was still married to you? Inquiring minds want to know. <:) Kelly "Today on Ricky Lake, Women whose husbands marry their Sisters, and the dreams they have." Before I started taking meds for my anxiety-panic, I had nightmares where I was being eaten alive by The Alien, Lions, Sharks, and even excuted by electricution and hanging. I really would have preferred nightmares of marrital discord.                                         Best Wishes,                                         Arthur
