Noise Thoughts Question…?

Question:

How can you tell the difference between noise thoughts and what you really are feeling thats true? and not just noise BS…? "The Cracked Souls of Neverworld Rites, Runs the Blood Of Day!"

I think I understand what you are asking. Is it how can you tell which thoughts are real and which are anxiety induced? I find that either telling someone what I am feeling or writing it down when I am agitated and then looking at it later helps me keep my thoughts in proper perspective. When I am extremely anxious I often have many negative thoughts or "weird" what ifs going through my brain. I used to worry about going insane from panic attacks and have since learned that people who go insane generally aren’t aware that they are insane. So long as I question myself about the validity of what I am thinking,  I am sane. Hope this answered your question. Charley
