OT: Allergies
Question:
My theory on the SSRIs is that they don’t poop out. But that one has enough stress so they don’t hold back all the symptoms of depression or anxiety. That’s why I’m glad my doc added desipramine to my Zoloft instead of switching me to another SSRI when I became depressed. Chip
I don’t think the Zoloft stopped working for me. I was just overwhelmed with recurring sinus infections, allergies, and a job where I was being pressured to travel and work overtime when I was totally exhausted. Zoloft can only do so much. I think I would go back on Zoloft if I felt like I needed an SSRI for panic or depression. I stopped taking Effexor XR in May when I realized it wasn’t doing anything for me and it I was feeling exhausted due to my sinuses. Clonazepam has been good enough to block panic attacks although I have a very simple life since I’m not working right now. Tony — The charter is available at:
