Panic attacks are getting weird

Randomly and with no obvius trigger. I had a couple of ferret people from one of my lists stop by. I was in my element with showing off the mink and introducing my ferrets. they took a picture of teh mink wrapped around my neck. They commented how very snake like. He’s always done it. Panic attack and hypomania all gone. I don’t know if it was the animals or a chance to take control of the environment with willing people. KG
