Dear Di, You are not computer stupid!! I have no idea on how to tell someone to find an anxiety newsgroup on your ISP. Is your friends son a teenager? If he is, I have some info for teenagers with anxiety and panic problems, I could e-mail it to you and you could send it on. Let me know

Hi Di, He has to go to the top of the screen and click on *internet*, then click on *newsgroups*, then click on * search all newsgroups*. Then he has to type in then have three choices of anxiety newsgroups, he needs to click on *alt: support anxiety-panic*. He can subscribe to the newsgroup just by bookmarking it. If he has any problems this way, he can e-mail me and then I can hyperlink ASAP to him. Take care. Jackie
